• What is your jewelry made out of?
  Our pieces are made from pure gold, earth mined diamonds, semi-precious and precious gemstones as well as natural pearls. We do not work with anything else other than what is stated here. You can find detailed information about each piece in the product description before placing an order.
  
• Why do I have to provide a form of personal identification after I place an order?
  In compliance with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Tourism, Gmash Jewels is obliged as a registered jewelry individual establishment to obtain a form of ID of all customers. This falls under the laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain to prevent and prohibit the laundering of money and protect your rights.
  
• How can I see the pieces before I make a purchase?
  Gmash Jewels is an online based fine jewelry shop. You can place an order on our pieces via our website, but can still contact us through WhatsApp, Email or Instagram DM for further assistance. If you are located in the Kingdom of Bahrain, we do offer studio visits by appointment in our headquarter office in Saar Mall, where the pieces can be previewed carefully.
  
• Can I customize my order?
  The design of the displayed pieces on our website is not customizable, however sizes are as per the available options. We provide a unique range of bespoke design services where special customizations are offered for the lovers of distinction (extra charges are applicable).
  
• Is my order insured once shipped?
  Yes, all shipped orders locally and internationally are insured and will be compensated with a full coverage policy. You will always require a proof of identity and a signature upon delivery. 
  
• What is your registration number?
  We are listed at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Tourism in the Kingdom of Bahrain as an individual establishment licensed in jewelry design as well as retail sale via Internet (registration no. 152678 – 1).
  
• What is your VAT account number?
  We currently are not listed in VAT.
  
• How long will it take my order to be dispatched for shipping once placed?
  Our team takes extra care to secure a smooth production of your orders, and each piece is manufactured particularly for you. An order takes approximately 4-6 weeks to be dispatched for shipping unless stated otherwise.
  
• How soon will I receive my order once it has been shipped?
  We ship via DHL express services. Orders inside Bahrain require 1 business day. GCC orders require 3-5 business days (orders to Qatar take longer). International orders require 5-10 business days. 
  
• What is your refund/exchange policy?

• Do product prices and shipping rates include tax?
  Product prices and shipping fees for local and international orders do not include all fees that may be levied by the destination country.  This includes but is not limited to; Value Added Taxes (VAT), Import and Customs Duties, tariffs, brokerage (the order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, policies, regulations and restrictions of the destination country).
